Nathan White \ Design and Development Manager

I have a passion for the built environment that has led me to build a wealth of experience in the planning, design and delivery of economically and aesthetically successful property development projects. With over 13 years experience in property acquisition and development and another 5 years of training in the design of the built environment, I offer a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of real property development. I have co-ordinated over $400 million in property acquisitions for redevelopment or design-build purposes [see acquisition list below], including full management of feasibility study, contract finalization, due diligence, legal review and transaction closing. I have led the development of numerous mixed-use, residential and resort properties from initial feasibility analysis, through detailed architectural and interior design, city planning approvals, sales and marketing programming, project launch and construction oversight. I seek to use the knowledge and experience I have gained to date to contribute in whatever way possible to the on-time, on-budget delivery of a range of future projects that will improve our urban fabric and enhance the lives of those who occupy them.
